The pair posse up once more with Vandalism Begins At Home Records, but having conquered the swamp on their previous fuzz-rock long-player, this time these road warriors head out on the highway with a pack of smokin’ renegade rippers.
‘How You Gonna’ holds a groove-riding fighting fist of defiance high in the sky as frontman Danny Young stomps his firebrand feet at the state of things, with a chest-beating chorus that questions:
“How you gonna get it, when you ain’t got the money?
“How you get the money, when you ain’t got a job?
“How you get a job, when you ain’t got a suit?
“How you get a suit, when you ain’t got the money?”
He hitches a ride on a razorblade riff, while his brother-in-arms, George Cowan, takes you to Boomtown with a diesel-drenched breakdown.
‘How You Gonna’ ups the ante from these self-produced DIY desperados and sets the scene for you to dance away the dark days down at the crossroads.
