What’s in Store for 2018

2018 is set to be a busy year for Unplugged Corner. With two Open Mic Night Sessions currently under their belts they are planning on continuing to grow and introduce new venues across the Beds, Herts and Bucks area. Their Acoustic Open Mic Sessions held at The Jolly Topers in Luton and Inn on the Green in Harpenden have proven to both be a success in providing a platform for acoustic musicians to showcase their talents and material.

Founders, Tasha Alice and Kyle Alexander created Unplugged Corner as a way for local acoustic artists to not only have performance opportunities but to also be able to network with other musicians in their area and from this there have been some great collaborations and friendships made. The aim for Unplugged Corner in 2018 is to continue to expand their network and thereby reach out to an even wider audience

Unplugged Corner are also supporters of the Sturge Weber Foundation UK Charity, which provides help and support to people with Sturge Weber Syndrome and their families. It is a charity very dear to their hearts and they wish to raise as much awareness and donations during their events for the charity. This year they are planning to put on a fund-raising event for this cause so keep an eye on their social media pages for updates.
